We are gradually unveiling the film program—both competitive and non-competitive—for the 22nd edition of FEST, which takes place from June 20 to 28 in Espinho.

GOLDEN LYNX COMPETITION
This competition focuses on first and second fiction and documentary feature films by some of the most notable and daring new voices on the international scene.

The Silver Lynx is a short film competition aiming to launch emerging filmmakers, covering four different formats: Fiction, Documentary, Animation, and Experimental Cinema.

FESTinha
Originally a set of children’s screenings, FESTinha has become one of the fastest‑growing sections of our event, widening the festival’s reach and audience. Three different juries, composed of children and teenagers of different age groups, will evaluate several short‑film blocks and a series of feature films designed for each age bracket.
