Will Garbutt- Racoon

Will has been in the London facility industry since 1997. Starting as a runner for a small boutique facility in Soho, he quickly found his passion in project management after spending time in Edit Support and IT, working on drama title sequences and festival visuals for bands such as Oasis, The Chemical Brothers and the Spice Girls. With nearly 30 years' experience as a senior Post Production Manager and Commercial Director, Will has held key roles at several of London's most prestigious post-production facilities, managing major accounts across the Film & TV industries. During his time at Halo, the facility handled several high-profile film projects including Paddington 1 & 2, Poor Things, and Zone Of Interest, alongside award-winning TV titles for NETFLIX, Amazon, and Disney. This period of success saw Halo receive five Broadcast 'Best Post House' awards, establishing it as one of Europe's most highly-decorated facilities. In early 2026, Will joined Racoon Media Services as Commercial Director, taking on a key stakeholder role in driving the company's commercial growth and development of services for film and television.
