Founder of Crawford Talents
Caprice Crawford is the founder of Crawford Talents, an international actors’ management agency based in Berlin and London. Alongside her work as an agent, Caprice has built an accomplished career as an actress, appearing in productions including Maxton Hall, Nash Bridges, Malcolm & Eddie, as well as in various series for Netflix and Apple TV. She trained at the renowned William Esper Studio in New York, known for its Meisner-based approach to acting.
Her passion for storytelling soon expanded beyond performance and into the creative process behind the camera. Caprice became a sought-after photographer, recognized for capturing striking and authentic headshots of both emerging and established talent, and later evolved into a producer with a sharp eye for cinematic storytelling and talent development.
She produced the award-winning film Limbo, starring Wilfried Hochholdinger, as well as the making-of documentary for The Boxer by Zeitsprung Pictures. She also served as a consultant on Girl You Know It’s True. Her most recent production, Bitten Soon, a vertical series directed by Lauand Omar, is screening at the 2026 edition of Cannes Film Festival within the Fantastic Pavilion.
In addition to her film and television work, Caprice has appeared in numerous international commercial campaigns for leading global brands, including Nivea, Avon, and Eucerin, among others.
She is currently developing series projects for international streaming platforms.
