Based in Paris, M. Fridinovaitė holds a Bachelor's degree in Film Management and a Master's degree in Film Theory. She’s been working as a producer and production manager, having contributed to films such as Summer Survivors (Toronto IFF), The Saint (Warsaw FF), The Mother’s Day (Clermont‑Ferrand ISFF) and Through the Fields (Telluride FF).

In 2022, she joined the Red Sea Souk as Works‑in‑Progress Showcase Manager. In 2023, she became part of the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes team, where she was managing several programs such as Cannes Investors Circle, Spotlight Asia, Ukraine in Focus, among others. She is currently a reader for the Red Sea Fund and the Co‑Head of one of TATINO’s flagship programs, First Cut Lab.
