It is predicted that five years from now most film productions will use one or more tools virtual production methods.
Virtual production is still a mystery to the majority of the film industry. The ones ahead of the curve, will be the ones better prepared. Exploring its capacities and potential, and preparing the talent for what is coming will be pivotal in the next few years. The technology currently has a very high setup cost, however it is expected to become significantly more affordable in the coming year, and it usage is not only expected from major production, but also on independent films, giving it flexibility, and the potential of lowering the production costs, and at the same time opening new boundaries for creativity.
