Pedro Cabeleira was born in 1992, in the province in Ribatejo.

In 2013 graduate in cinema (directing) in Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. His short-film made in school, Estranhamento went to Fantasporto, La Cabina, Caminhos do Cinema Português and Shortcutz Lisbon.

In 2013 he founded the producer VIDEOLOTION alongside with Joana Peralta and Marta Ribeiro, where he produced a series of projects until 2018.

The first feature film, Verão Danado (2017), premiered at Locarno, where it earned a special mention in the section Present Filmmakers, and went to Mar del Prata, Torino and Cannes.

Recently he directed a short film Filomena with the invitation of Lisbon Architecture Triennale, that premiered in IndieLisboa, in 2019.

He is currently developing two projects with Fado Films, a short film By Flávio, and a feature film Entroncamento.
