With about 6 days of masterclasses and workshops, lectured by some of the film industry’s most celebrated professionals, the 15th edition of FEST - Training Ground offers a platform for filmmakers, film professionals and film students to develop their skills and share their experiences in a friendly environment.
PROGRAM:
The program of Training Ground includes experts and topics that cover a wide variety of subjects, including film directing, production, scriptwriting, cinematography, editing, sound design, production design, acting, casting, non-fiction filmmaking, makeup, distribution, financing and much more. Each participant can customize their program individually according to their interests and priorities.
In past editions, Training Ground has hosted sessions from distinguished guests such as: Asghar Farhadi, Béla Tarr, Fernando Trueba, Melissa Leo, Martin Walsh, Joe Walker, Ed Lachman, Tom Stern, Allan Starski, Eugenio Caballero, Iain Smith, David Mcmillan, Eddy Joseph, Garry Yershon e João Pedro Rodrigues (see more speakers from previous years here).
Each session is different and interactive, providing those attending an insight into the process of some of the greatest creative minds in the world.
