Having held senior positions in technical servicing and production for The Rank Organisation, Technicolor, Ascent Media, and Deluxe, Martin moved into a business development role for Company 3 London as Head of Feature Film Sales, a position he held for 6 years.
During his 6 year tenure at Company 3 London, he was part of a highly successful and dynamic team that saw a threefold increase in turnover of its feature film digital intermediate department.
He joined Goldcrest as its Commercial Director in March 2014.
