Academy Award Winner, Gabriella Cristiani has many years of experience in motion picture production.

Cristiani began her career as a singer and actress before turning her focus to film editing, which culminated in a longtime collaboration with Bernardo Bertolucci, in films like The Sheltering Sky (1990) and The Last Emperor, winner of the Academy Award for Best Film Editing in 1987.

She has worked with many world renowned European and American directors on an impressive array of feature films and for seven years was Franco Arcalli’s assistant, who wrote and edited Django kill...If you live, shoot! (1967), Death Laid an Egg (1968), Last Tango in Paris (1972), 1900 (1976), Once Upon a Time in America (1984) and many others.
