Camille Lugan is a screenwriting graduate from French film school La Fémis. After working as a film programmer in Chicago, she co-wrote several features (Dune Dreams by Samuel Doux; Ibrahim by Samir Guesmi, selected at the 73rd edition of the Cannes Film Festival) and television shows (Maroni, season 2, aired on ARTE). She has directed three short films: Karama (2014), La Persistente (2018), which was selected for the Semaine de la Critique and Time’s Up (2021). Her first feature film as a director is currently in financing process.
