FEST – Pitching Forum returns with a new category: SERIES — accepting series projects in any development phase, from concept to post- production, and that is looking for financing, international co-productions or post-production services.

Once again will offer access to the film industry gatekeepers, development awards and co-production opportunities. It will take place inside the 19th edition of FEST – ND | NF Festival, between the 20th and 24th of June, in Espinho, Portugal.

The selected finalists will have 5 minutes to pitch their project to the international film industry decision-makers: producers, investors, fund managers, sales, distributors, and festival programmers; to win awards, receive feedback and partake in one-to-one meetings. They will also have access to a three-day training headed by world-renowned project development experts, who will guide them to prepare a perfect pitch.

This is a unique opportunity for filmmakers to develop and pitch their latest projects to top industry professionals. Over 250 projects from all over the world have been presented at Pitching Forum, many finding partners, and later being presented at international festivals such as Berlinale. Among the experts present during the event were renowned industry figures such as Finola Dwyer (producer for Brooklyn and An Education), Tim Corrie (member of United Agents and ex-chairman of the BAFTA’s), or Gareth Wiley (producer for Matchpoint and Vicky Christina Barcelona), amongst many others.
