The acclaimed screenwriter and director Kenneth Lonergan ("Manchester by the Sea"; "Gangs of New York") will be with us at FEST in Espinho for an unmissable masterclass.

Kenneth Lonergan is an Oscar winner for Best Original Screenplay for "Manchester by the Sea" and was also nominated for Best Director. His impressive body of work spans both film and theater, including the acclaimed "You Can Count on Me" (2000), which received an Oscar nomination for Best Screenplay and won prestigious awards such as the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance and the Writers Guild of America Award for Best Screenplay. He also co-wrote "Gangs of New York" (2002), earning another Oscar nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
