No better way to continue the celebration of FEST’s 15 years than by announcing the selected projects for this year’s FEST - Pitching Forum.

This year’s response to our call for projects was amazing. We received a record number of applications, 188 to be exact, and we found many projects interesting, revelatory and very promising. The selection was particularly hard, but after all, 32 projects were selected.

FEST - Pitching Forum awards for the best projects in each category will be:

  • Mentorship Award - three months of project tutoring and development with an industry expert.
  • FEST Film Lab Award - allows the winner to spend a weekend training at a FEST Film Lab workshop of its choice.
  • Post Production Award - will support the winner with post-production services, provided by one of FEST’s partners (Goldcrest Films, ENVY Post Production, Halo Post Production).

 

Pitching Forum feature projects will also be awarded a year-long subscription to the Filmarket Hub platform, where they can get in touch with producers worldwide.

Apart from having a chance to present their projects to an international jury at FEST - Pitching Forum, all finalists will also have access to FEST 2019’s industry program, benefiting from one-on-one Industry Meetings, carefully thought out panels at Director’s Hub, Training Ground masterclasses and workshops, Networking Dinners and more.
