Nuno Rocha

Nuno Rocha is a director, screenwriter, and film producer. He graduated in 2007 from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto with a degree in Audiovisual Communication Technology. Two years later, he studied directing at the University of Texas in the United States. He is the author of several award-winning short films, including "3x3," "Vicky and Sam," and "Momentos." In 2010, he co-founded the production company FilmesDaMente.

In 2016, he directed his first feature film, "A Mãe é Que Sabe," which won two Sophia Awards as well as Best Portuguese Film at the Spanish festival Reino de León.

In 2024, he produced the feature film "Revolução (sem) Sangue" and is currently working on his new film, titled "A Sinfonia."
