With over 25 years in the business, Gary will give an overview of everything you need to know to demystify visual effects and enable you to understand the need for them, why they cost the way they do, as well as the process from inception to delivery as they pass through a VFX studio with all the relevant jargon explained.

Gary has a rich experience within the UK industry spanning over two decades as VFX Artist, Supervisor, Head of VFX and Creative Director for companies such as Soho 601, Digital Film Lab and Technicolor VFX. He also freelanced for The Mill, MPC and Framestore as well as running his own studio Munky, working on commercials, music videos, live concert visuals, art installations, TV drama and Theatrical releases.

As of March 2022, Gary moved production side as a VFX Supervisor / Producer to focus exclusively on single long form streaming projects.
