Synopsis

Book of Hours portrays the day-to-day cohabitation of the artist Suzan and her grandmother Bomi in a village and is based on their real-life interaction. The film’s aesthetic serves as a metaphor to depict their different identities and lifestyles, based on the evolution of the status of women and the difference between artist and farmer’s wive’s work.
