Synopsis

An old group of friends get together for a nostalgic weekend in an idyllic seaside village, just as they used to do when they were teenagers. The excuse is quite simple, unlike their relationships: Mitzi is about to turn 40. But the problem is that she doesn’t really want a birthday party, since her husband abandoned her and she started smoking again. The intimate atmosphere and the old rituals reach the core of the group and make them forget their adulthood. Revelations, which were not initially intended to harm the balance of the group, force everyone to re-evaluate the past and the present. Games People Play is a comedy about the tragedy of being forever young.
