Synopsis
The City of Sulina isn't what it used to be during the 19th century. The huge harbour that served as a strategic point for all the European water transport is gone now and all that has remained to the local people after the Communist era is fishing. The only problem is that young people don't have the patience to do it, the laws aren't helping them at all and all they can do is leave town.
