Synopsis

Isak’s life has reached a low point. Seven months ago he had an accident, where he became paralyzed from the waist down. He has not seen his family since and his life has become one big mess. When he and his girlfriend, Mette, are invited to a dinner by his little brother, Johannes, in his new apartment, he surprisingly meets an old flame: Johannes’ new girlfriend, Freja. Isak finds it difficult to accept his little brother’s sudden success and happiness. He slowly transforms the evening into an awkward hell, where
everyone tries to keep a smile on their face at any price.
