Synopsis

Behind Me is a psychological drama about Emma who tries to repress a painful memory from the past by isolating herself from the world around her. After she is thrown out on the streets, she seeks refuge with a mother and her daughter. In meeting Bjørg and Ida she achieves something she has been longing for a long time, but as the bond between them grows stronger, the truth about her past becomes more difficult to hide.
