Synopsis

Loosely based on true events, the film deals with the last days of Pavle, а Serbian internee in the Norwegian саmр Korgen in 1942. А chess game will determine his destiny. While awaiting the inevitabIe, Pavle makes chess figures out of bread, knowing that worse than death itself is leaving nothing behind.
