Having recently finished Guy Ritchie’s Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur (2017), which stars Jude Law, Charlie Hunnam and Eric Bana.
Jackson has worked with directors such as Richard Eyre in Notes on a Scandal (2006), Mark Herman in The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas (2008), Marc Forster in The Kite Runner (2007), and is a frequent collaborator of director David Mamet (The Untouchables, 1987).
But Jackson has also lent her expertise to TV. She is well-known for her work on Game of Thrones seasons 1, 2 and 3: she was responsible for designing, building, and dressing the sets used in filming the series, including the Iron Throne itself, and the sets for TV-history-bond episode The Rains of Castamere.
For her work on the series, Jackson was awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Art Direction and an Art Directors Guild Award for excellence in production design.
In 2008 Jackson worked as a production designer on the acclaimed TV mini-series John Adams, which got her yet another Emmy.
Jackson has more recently been working in the disquieting environment for the TV series Fortitude (2015), staring Stanley Tucci, and in Disney's 2019 Aladdin.
