Born in Porto. He is a director and sometimes a stage director.

From his work for television and cinema we can highlight the series "NOITE SANGRENTA" and "ODISSEIA" for RTP, and "GLÓRIA" for NETFLIX, and the films "COISA RUIM", "TRISTEZA E A ALEGRIA NA VIDA DAS GIRAFAS", "A HERDADE"(official selection of FESTIVAL OF VENEZA), and "RESTOS DO VENTO" (official selection of FESTIVAL OF CANNES).

In theater, he has directed plays by Peter Handke, Dennis Kelly, Ibsen, David Harrower, and Martin McDonagh.
