After being welcomed by the organizers, the participants and the guests are invited to take part in what has become a tradition at Training Ground: the Speed Meeting. The entire group will be organised into two concentric circles which will move in opposite directions, facing each other. During two minutes each of the participants will have a chance to introduce themselves and find out more about the person in front of them.
