Synopsis

A son takes his father, with whom he had cut ties years before, on a journey. They travel to the place of solitude in the mountains in which they once built a forester’s lodge. Surrounded by raw nature, together they face up to their own weakness. This personal tale
of alcoholism and love between a father and a son is a touching and intimate vision of a beaten up relationship, progressively weakened by two incompatible lifestyles. Polish director Natalia Koniarz stands out in a fly in the wall style lens, both sympathetic and respectful, witnessing the development of the last attempt for reconciliation. Truly a heart-breaking experience.
