Sabbatical is an exploration of the human emotional crisis behind Venezuela’s political conflicts that force so many to migrate. It takes a look at Carolina, one of the people having to put their dreams on hold. Once a well-known Venezuelan singer, Carolina is now a maid in Columbia, trying as hard as she can to resume her artistic career.
