Oscar Winner Christopher Hampton and 4 more guest speakers confirmed for FEST - TG

We start with Christopher Hampton, the highly acclaimed screenwriter who won the Oscar and BAFTA for best Adapted Screenplay for his work in "Dangerous Liaisons" (Stephen Frears,1988). Richard Hampton has had a very active and interesting career as a screenwriter. In film, he's credited for "Atonement" (Joe Wright, 2007), and David Cronenberg's "A Dangerous Method (2011)" and also in theater his work has been awarded two Tony Awards for Best Book of a Musical and Best Original Score for the musical "Sunset Boulevard" (1995). Also in 1995, he made his debut as a director with “Carrington”, unanimous winner of the Jury Special Prize at the Cannes Film Festival.

Also Confirmed is Mark Appleby, who's an expert in ADR Mixing, who's worked in a variety of highly acclaimed films such as Edgar Wright's "Baby Driver" (2017), "V for Vendetta" (James McTeigue, 2005), "Rush" (Ron Howard, 2013), "Ex Machina" (Alex Garland, 2014) and many more.

Polly Duval returns to Training Ground, for a masterclass in Post Production Managment. The British freelance post production supervisor has more than forty feature films in her baggage, including "Notes On a Scandal" (Richard Eyre, 2006), An Education (Lone Scherfig, 2009), and the vastly celebrated "Brooklyn" (John Crowley, 2016).

Returning to Training Ground are also David Turner and James Creegen, respectively the Head of Film and the Head of Operations from Halo, the London based post production house, with credits that spread through film and television.
