John Warhurst is an Oscar-winning Supervising Sound and Music Editor who has worked in the film and music industry for over 25 years specialising in musical films. 

He started out playing in bands and studying orchestral / electro acoustic composition, gaining an MA and BMus Hons from Huddersfield University in the north of England. His film credits include Sweeney Todd (2007), Les Misérables (2012), One Direction: This Is Us (2013) and, more recently, Bohemian Rhapsody (2018) and the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical Cats (2019).

He lives in West London with his wife and 2 children.
